looking to add mail chimp features to the client manager

I have a client manager backend product and I am looking to add mail chimp features to the client manager. I need this to be a feature that they are not billed for by you but by us and basically we allot them a certain volume monthly. But from our client manager backend they can start a new email campaign, import contacts, design and develop and email and deploy it/schedule it and receive analytics all while still in our client manager. We also need a one login solution so they log in to our system and they have access to their own mail chimp tools.. They dont have to login again to use these tools. Is this possible? I have a development team that will be working on this but need to know if you have these types of capabilities.
