One bug fix that shouldn't have affected too many (found using chimpy
python wrapper)
* bug fix: v1.1, v1.2: listUnsubscribe() would not always correctly
interpret various boolean values it would receive for the send_goodbye
parameter
2 additions that were parts of discussions on the discussion list
today:
* mod: v1.1, v1.2: if Trans campaigns are in a "sending" state for
over 10 minutes, assume they've hung and reset them
* mod: Webhooks: start returning full member details on unsubscribes
