In our last release the Co-branding we introduced a few releases back
was used to completely replace the custom formatting possible with vip
reports:

That meant that anythign being passed through in the "theme" parameter
started to immediately be ignored. This was brought up in the google
group and finally corrected in the only manner possible yesterday,
2011-05-03. Unfortunately in doing that, changes were picked up and
included that are not actually going live until our next release in a
few weeks. In particular, that option is the "secure" parameter which
previously allowed reports to be laid out for the public to view
(which is not really a good idea).

Be it right or be it wrong, having already removed those options and
the fact that that feature is going to be turned off automatically
soon anyway, it's not going to be put back at this time.
