[mailchimp-api-announce] MailChimp API v1.2.6 released

The only change of note with this release is the addition of methods
to support the Groupings of Interest Groups recently released in v5.1
of the app proper. They are:

listInterestGroupings()
http://www.mailchimp.com/api/1.2/listinterestgroupings.func.php

listInterestGroupingAdd()
http://www.mailchimp.com/api/1.2/listinterestgroupingadd.func.php

listInterestGroupingUpdate()
http://www.mailchimp.com/api/1.2/listinterestgroupingupdate.func.php

listInterestGroupingDel()
http://www.mailchimp.com/api/1.2/listinterestgroupingdel.func.php


An updated version of our PHP wrapper has also been updated to support
all of those methods out of the box.
