A couple changes were pushed out just a bit ago:
* bug fix: backend modifications for Trans campaigns to make sure subs
& sends happening close together or on top of each don't cause
duplicate emails to be sent
* mod: prevent Webhooks from using the HTTP 1.1 Expect header since
some "compliant" servers don't support it
