Time Is Hidden In Gmail "Schedule Repeating" Pop-up

Hi,

I use Gmail with the Mail Boss extension. I tried to create a repeating email and the pop-up

with the selection criteria does not show the time selection. I also tried to adjust the

target time manually and it reverts to the original time.

I can pick the date from the calendar but not the time.

Hi Maclean. Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Can you tell me which version of the plugin you're using? You can see that if you right-click on the Mail Boss icon at the top of your browser window (the black envelope icon) and click "Manage extensions" or go to Settings->Extensions in Chrome and finding the Mail Boss extension and looking at its details. I'm thinking that you may be on an older version since the time has been changed to show on a single line like this:

If It's older than version 1.3, you should try removing the extension and adding it again.

Hi,

I have version 1.3.4. I noticed that there was an error when I went to Manage Extensions.

I'm including it as an attachment. I can't tell when it was created.

I removed the extension and added it again.

I created a test email and when I selected "Schedule Repeating", an overlay filled my screen.

I clicked on the Mail Boss extension and it asked me for my Mail Boss ID. After entering the ID,

I still could not get past the overlay. So, I did a hard close on Gmail and reopened it.

Now, I get the pop-up and it looks better, but not perfect.

I do have a lot of extensions installed.

I believe it will work for me as is. What should I check next?

Well, you're on the latest version of the extension but I'm not sure why your formatting looks different. What browser and OS are you using?

Hey Maclean. I went ahead and released a new version of the extension (1.3.5) that places the calendar more in the center of the popup window. Hopefully that will allow it to display correctly for you. Please give it a try and let me know.

I installed the new version (1.3.5) but see little difference now in the way the time selection is displayed. I can use it as is.

I'm using the Chrome browser Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro version 1909.

The Mail Boss extension is awesome! It has saved me a lot of time. I host at least 5 repeating Zoom meetings. Since I schedule

the meetings in groups of 10 dates, Mail Boss sends 5 automatic reminders each week that I don't have to create. Thank you, thank you!
