#list ist not working?

Hello everyone,

I've tried to delete one of my recurring mails and sent an email with #list in the subject. But there is no response. What can I do?

Hi Alexandra,

I'm checking the logs right now to see if I can determine what happened. In the meantime, can you check your "spam" folder to see if the response may have ended up there?

Thanks for checking on that Alexandra. I think that the problem is the fact that your last name includes a non-ascii character so the outgoing "#list" email with your full name and email address as the recipient was being rejected by the mail gateway. I'll work on getting this resolved and let you know when you can try it again. Sorry about that!
