Not working?

Morning

Our office uses a group in Gmail to easily reach all our staff, about 35 people.  Let's call it gr...@domain.com. I tried to send the recurring email to group@, and I received a receipt, but none of the group members received the email. 

Do I need to list all individual emails specifically for it to work? How would I do that?

Hi Mike,

Are you using Google Groups? If so, you'll need to authorize the Mail Boss return address in the group as documented here:

https://www.mailboss.org/#groups

Please let me know if that doesn't help.
