Renew let's encrypt from GUI

What are the steps to renew expired let's encrypt certificate from GUI?
Mailarchiva is not able to do it automatically for some reason.

System alerts notified "Let's Encrypt complete". However my certificate is still expired under the "Certificate" section and the GUI also shows HTTPS unavailable due to expired certificate.
