MailArchiva Enterprise Edition license has expired - MailArchiva v3.11.13

Hi,
I have two clients testing the free version of MailArchiva, one has the correct "Licensed To Free Edition" but for some reason the other is showing MailArchiva Enterprise Edition license has expired. I possibly installed a different version when setting up the second one.

Is there a way to change the expired Enterprise license to the free license? Either by changing licenses, or by reinstalling and only bringing over certain files with the store?
Both were running on XP, now they are running on Windows Server 2012R2.
Hope someone can help,
Dave

What limitations are imposed on an expired enterprise licence?
I have just upgraded from 3.9 to 3.11 and instead of saying free it now just says expired but it is still indexing mail.

I am having the same issue. Did you ever find a fix to this. I also noticed that all my features are now disabled and my status says Enterprise License expired.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Please NOTE: MailArchiva V3 is an OLDER Version.
You need to be running MailArchiva V4 for the free 20 mailboxes to take effect.

You must have more than 20 mailboxes, otherwise there is an issue with our licensing engine - I doubt it though.

I double checked the free license mechanism. It is working fine on our side. Check that the system is not registering additional license by examining the license_count.txt in Configuration->Logs. If you dispute the license count, then its toughies I am afraid. We cannot exclude specific mailboxes, etc.

We are having the same issue. When I look at license_count.txt, I see it has aliases listed as mailboxes and is counting them towards the license qty....i.e. firstname.lastname and firstname are both counted as a mailbox for a user when they are both associated with a single mailbox
