The MDS version (http://www.execpc.com/~mspankus/) has a keepalive
(Config/Communications). I'm not sure when this was added.
As it's equally against RFC (or should be) for the server to time out after
20s, this is an ideal occasion to configure a real (non-zero) keepalive in
WinVN.
