Could WinVn use Proxy Server??

Dear Sir,

I am now using Winvn0.99.9 ,=20
Could I modify the winvn.ini file=20
inorder to let it connection through the proxy server??

And also, my friend want to use it in his office ,
but he seems don't know how to config this software,
because His computer is in Local Lan Network
His office admind just told him the his in/out email
address is197.168.1.7=20
internet is 197.168.1.5
So, how can he set his Winvn inorder to let him use it watch=20
the newsgroup?
