How to keep top.dom up to date ?

Dear all,

Could somebody please advise me as to how to maintain top.dom

I am aware of the uknet top-domains file. This forwards much more to uknet
than my original file which sends more to ean-relay. Is this the correct
thing to do.

If there is a diversity of response I will summarize.
