SunPCi - Creating and Transferring Disk Image

All,

We have twice created a SunPCi II disk image with success. However,
when we copy the image to another workstation (and appropriate *.ini
and other files), the SunPCi software states that the disk image is in
SunPCi I format and cannot be used.

Our goal is to create a master Windows XP disk image and copy it to
other workstations to save time.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
