SF Short Story

I am looking for a science fiction short story that was in an SF
short story anthology at an elementary school where I used to be the
librarian. I checked and they no longer have it. I think the story's
title was something like "Eats"? An alien goes to a restaurant that offers
a special dinner - "All You Can Eat" for X amount - and he sits and
literally keeps ordering and eating until there is nothing left in the
restaurant. When he puts up a fuss about them not living up to their word,
they even get food from elsewhere and fix it for him , hoping to appease
him. The upshot of the story is that people on his home planet are
starving and he has a method of transferring the food to them. If any of
you know this story and where I might find it, I'd appreciate it, or if
it's out of print, perhaps you could send me a copy. I want to read it to
