Trying to fix a problem with Outlook Express when posting to multiple
newsgroups. I think it wasn't working because one of the newsgroups I was
trying to post to is dead though it is still listed as being active on my
ISP's news server. If this message gets out to the groups in the TO field
then I know I have figured out the problem.
