New Mail gem comming

Hi there all,

I'm at RailsCampX this weekend in Adelaide.

This morning I merged a whole bunch of pull requests into master and fixed some failing specs.

There are a few more fixes coming (we have upgraded to RSpec 2.0 to implement the eql method to remove many ruby warnings, this is in progress).

I plan to release a new version of Mail tomorrow, it will be 2.4.0 - minor version bump.

If anyone has any commits they would like in, please get pull requests in today.
