New release of Mail version 2.5.0

Hi there everyone,

Sorry for the radio silence over the past months, been busy.

However, just went through and merged and closed about 60 odd pull requests during our RailsCamp in Australia.

I have published the gem and pushed it to RubyGems. I've also updated Rails master and 3-2-stable branches to depend on 2.5.0 as a base.

There are still some pull requests waiting to be merged in, need more data. Another version of Mail will be released when these are done. Just wanted to get this one out as there are a lot of bug fixes.
