Mail Merge Issues

Good morning,

 I am trying to use the mail merge for google docs add on. When I get to the connect to spreadsheet part, it is not working. I select the spreadsheet I want but it kicks me back to the starting screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as adding google docs and your webpage to my third party cookies. Nothing has worked.

Hi,

Please ensure that you're the owner of the spreadsheet and the Google Docs. If you're using a shared document, that will likely make the add-on to crash.
