Handling Line Breaks for Address Second Lines

Hi guys!

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically remove an variable if the variable is blank.

For example, we have this format - 

{{ First Name }} {{ Last Name }}
{{ Address Line # 1 }}
{{ Address Line # 2 }}
{{ City }}, {{ State }} {{ Zip Code }}
{{ Country }}

The {{ Address Line # 2 }} is for Apts or other address additions, but not all addresses have a second line. Does anyone know of a way to automatically remove the line break so that the City, State, and Zip Code will print immediately below the first address line instead of leaving a blank line in between?
