Hello,

I am getting an error message when trying to complete a mail merge that says "Something went wrong when executing the add-on."

We use the same spreadsheet for two different mail merge templates, and one of them is working, but one is giving us the error.

Please advise on how to resolve asap.

Hi! I'm still having this error. We're using one sheet for two different merges and one works fine, but the other keeps giving us the "Something went wrong" message.

Any thoughts on how to resolve?

I just ried to merge mails and I have the same error.
