Virtual Public/School Programming and Reference Services

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to inquire whether any archives (municipal or otherwise) have ever delivered, or are currently delivering, public programming or reference services in a live virtual format? For example: providing virtual tours of your archival facility, educational programming for schools and/or long-term care/retirement homes delivered via live video, virtual programs or events for community groups and other local organizations, providing a “virtual reading room” option for research appointments, etc. If your institution has services/programming delivered virtually, I would love to have a chat about what the experience has been like for your archive, your staff, and your users.
