Greetings from MAIG!

Attached are two revised documents, for your review.

The minutes from the 2024 MAIG Annual General Meeting have been revised, to include a roundtable update from Betty Jo Belton of the Stratford-Perth Archives. Also, on the advice of the AAO Board, we have made a change to one of the MAIG Constitution amendments that we sent out last month: The amended statement:

7.1 Meetings of the Executive will be called as required, with a quorum of three members.

Was changed to:

7.1 There will be at least one meeting of the Executive per year.

If you have any issues with these revisions, please contact me and we will revise as needed. Stay tuned to the MAIG listserv this summer for updates about the upcoming Fall 2024 Open House, which will be hosted here at the Elgin County Archives!

Warm Regards,

Gina Dewaele, MAIG Secretary-Treasurer
