OK, that's literally the last person who enters this group without
posting a Join Message.

Normally my thing is, "If you apply for membership of this group, and
you post ANY application message related to RPGs or Maid, you're
obviously not a spammer, welcome in. But if you don't post an
application message, well, you MAY be a spammer... But hmmm, your
Gmail ID looks like a normal name, so maybe English isn't your first
language? OK, I'll see what happens if I let you in..."

It was so easy to tell before, with people joining like this:

So looks like I'll just have to require folks to create a membership
message, or they don't get in.

I gotta say, though, after modding Yahoo Groups for over 10 years in
some cases (like the Manji mailing list for Blade of the Immortal), I
gotta say I love GoogleGroups: It's soooooooo much easier to kick and
ban a spammer and delete their messages.

HELLS NO. :-)

The games are so far apart in focus, plus they'll be released by two
different companies/imprints, so there will be no Maid/Tenra crossover
groups/mailing lists.

...actually, I just thought of something: Did you mean, "When Tenra
Bansho Zero (www.tenra-rpg.com for the folks at home) comes out, are
you going to move us all from the Yahoo mailing list over to a Google
Group?" If so, the answer there is "Very likely, yes."

Haha. I originally meant that upper bit, but that later bit does sound
like a good idea.

I didn't realize it'd be released by two different companies. What's
going on there anyway, and how's it gonna affect Game Three?
