I am writing particularly to you to evaluate and check what I have written about the Director Message for the placement brochure.I don't know whether it will fit it or not.Also,I attached the ACE HR FORUM guest lecture REPORT that was held on 31 August,2012 at our department.

Please go through and check if  any correction had to be made.(your designation in guest lecture report)

Hi Gogou,

Appreciate your prompt response and the efforts involved in putting these documents together.

Have made few changes to the documents that you sent and attaching them along with this email. Suggest that you should run these documnets by someone in the english dept. / dept.  of communication to fine tune the language before we send out the first-cut version to the professors.

Once again, I really appreciate your effort and promptness. Hope others take a cue from this.
