Dear readers,

The article revealed that the employability of HR MBA graduates is as low as at 9.63% for HR Jobs. The study also revealed that there is a higher percentage of female employable in HR roles.

Is this a new trend or that has been witnessed for a long time that company preferred women over men in HR roles? What could be the reason?(please those who know share it)

Now on AMCAT, an employability test conducted by Aspiring minds. Are we eligible to take the test?

If so,as with regard to M.A HRM course,  I have a notion and recommend that we should sit for the test.

Nothing comes easy.Lets consider ourself "Will you and I be among those 9.63% bracket of people employable for the job?

Lets introspect our-self in what position we stand by now and move forward.
(this is my personal view and opinion)

Regards

Gogou

Gogou, Good to see you on the right track! Effort is what that really matters!

I believe women over men taken preferred for H R roles was applicable in the past - but then again there are various streams within the H R stream like recruitment and post M&A scenario when men are preferred.

Cheers

Gogou, this article gives a "macro-level perspective" on woman facing a gap at the leadership level in the corporate world across leading as well as emerging markets.
