Subject: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sunday 18 May 2025, 10am to 1pm.

Place: 124, Vardhaman Indl Estate, Gokul Nagar

Near Navnit Motors, LBS Marg, Thane west.

Agenda

1. To adopt the annual report and accounts for the year 2024-25

2. To present the development plans for the 5 Acre land at Tadgao and brief on the process , cost estimates for getting approvals from ADTP Alibag & collector office.

3. To present the phase wise financial plan for above point 2.

4. To start the fund raising , enroll new members and collect the balance funds from current founder members.

5. To form various sub committees to project execution.

6. To decide the date for Bhoomi Poojan.

7. Any other point with permission of chair.

Note:

1. All founder members are welcome & each one invites one new member as well.

2. New members and volunteers are welcome as well.

3.  Ideas and suggestions and active participation welcome from all.

4. Refreshments will be arranged for all participants.
