Greetings from the Federation of Telugu Associations of Maharashtra, F-TAM.

Recently with consistent efforts of F-TAM, liasoning with the Govt of Maharashtra, after cabinet approvals , The Dept

has issued GR to set up Maharashtra State Telugu Sahitya Academy, with annual budget of Rs 1 Crore to support 

various literary activities, motivate various Telugu writers with various cash awards, book launch,  

Telugu - Marathi literary co ordination, this will benefit over 200 Telugu writers/poets in

 Maharashtra and this group will grow substantially in future.

Over 50 Lakhs Telugu people live and we aim to mobilize Telugu Sahitya activities with over 1000 Telugu organizations

 in Maharashtra in promoting Telugu language and other community social projects.

We request you to re start the Telugu Eenadu daily in Mumbai edition,  this will be helpful for 

brining all Telugu people together and promote our language.

From F-TAM side we assure our best support and we will promote Eenadu in all our events and

 programs as well and inform all Telugu associations to do their best as well.
