Notice is hereby given to all members of Mahamevnawa Bhavana Asapuwa INC in Melbourne that the Annual General Meeting of MBA INC will be held on

 

When: 27th November

Time: 4.30pm

Venue: Mulgrave Neighbourhood House, Mulgrave

 

To transact the following business:

 

1. Provide an update of the previous gatherings of the members.

2.To receive from the committee the report about the activities of the association for the last year

3. Discuss the budget for the last financial year

4.To elect the officers and committee members of the Association for the new year as the one year period of the committee has come to an end by November 2011.

5. Any other business with the permission of the chair.
