The effect of the Order needs to become clear before we can decide on
the course of action to be taken. If we all approach for refund out of
apprehension, it may create a bigger problem than it actually is.

If there is no risk to the project and a large no of allotees ask for
refund, it may lead to a standoff as the builder may not be in a
position to refund the money.

However once we are clear about the status we may decide whether to
ask for refund or to support the builder as this is likely to become
our home sometime in the future.

Reacting in panic can create a bigger mess.
