QUERY ON NOT RECEIVING ANY NOTICES AND AGENDAS OF THE SOCIETY SITUATED AT MALAD LINK ROAD - KAUSTUBHA USHA CHS LTD.

Dear Sir,

I would humbly like to inform you that I am stopped / avoided from getting all agendas, notices and any related to matters regarding meetings or AGMs, can i know is it right, because the flat member owner is my deceased mother-in-law and the Committee Members, the Secretary and the Treasurer abruptly says that no  such documents would be given to me as you are a tenant.  

Please note all the outgoings of the said flat are done by me as I am the daughter in law of the deceased member, Mrs. Maya A. Dialani.

Please let me know where to file any complaint or what to do?.

there is no nomination or will done but i am the elder sons wife who is the daughter in law so am i not liable to get any notices or agenda of the meetings of society as they refrain from giving it to me as i am paying the maintenance of the society and i am staying in the said flat

Your honour can i know where in Malad can i get the heirship certification which court am I correct if by mistake have you written Malad instead of Borivali Court. Dear canu give me the contents if possible what i should give and please can u confirm is it malad court or borivali please i hope i am not troubling you.

It's better to hire a lawyer, he will guide you under which jurisdiction your property comes in and also on fulfilling requirements with respect to documents that needs to be submitted for heirship certificate,

Lawyer charges will be in range of INR 35-45k and INR 75k to be paid to court once the court approved your heirship certificate.

It takes around 6-8 months.
