Keeping personal items on parking space

Please suggest how to approach this issue 

I hve been parking my vehicle since 2015 like all other vehicles.. the ground floor person purposefully kept plant pots , the society didn't responded, now he has put a iron stand and kept the plant pots and encroached the space of society...bcz of which my car is getting hit by other cars

Verbally complaint four times to society, society's chairman said we hve informed to remove it..

But the guy is adamant not removed it..

Should I approach police station for obstructing my vehicle or approach BMC 

Complaint should be against society or the individual..

Pls suggest

There was an incident. Ganesh idol was kept in staircase of society. They were told to remove as it is common place. Any member can not claim common place of society

If yr car parking is authorised and approved as per yr society rules and the other Member is encroaching upon Society's common space you can complaint in writing to society to resolve this issue

Sir I hve been parking in the same space for last 10 years, no objection from society , any members.

The space is been used by members and tenants of our building for parking their personal vehicles..

This guy purposefully placed iron stands and flower pots as if his private space,  as his house in ground floor.

Hve complained to local police station blocking the way and parking , and BMC officials for encroachment.

Police told he will call the person and tell to remove the obstacle..

Will wait for the action.

Dear Sir.

Is there any other vehicles 2/ 4 Wheelers parked in the open space along with you? What's the role of Management Committee about those vehicles?

If you are only parking you alone can't have a claim over the space, neither the other member who is obstructing. 

Let your MC take a lead on this issue and try to sort this matter emicabaly.

Secretary says you see what can be done , ground floor wants to keep plants in his place 😊

Such a stupid answer, 

I hve escalated the matter to police department, BMC and cooperatives...

They are not going to take action it seems and not the member is interested in removing, shifting..

There were cars regularly parked, infact he told others not to park here it's bothering his plants...i hve been parking since 2015 along with other vehicles..it's not his place , it's the back side of society, common place 

The secretary is not taking action, claiming that it's his place 😊 

And told us to negotiate with him

Already complained to local police station,BMC and cooperative department 

Let's see they listen to them
