Dear Sir,

Can anyone suggest me the higher authorities in pune as the Dy.Registrar (P NOrth) Ward does not give me any response to the letters that i send he is only going on calling me for hearings and he himself is not present on the said days.  Can u let me know the detailed email address where should i upload my grievance for illegal amount put in my maintenances bill as Arrears for assault case whereby my husband was a bedridden person and the ex secretary has filed a court case against him for which i have aksed the court papers i have not received then till today now the new Secretary has filed complaint in the Dy.Registrar for non payment of dues.  Kindly help me.

You are ask for the said information using an application under RTI Act. Document may include roznama and notes taken by Dy Registrar, of case.

Further, you can send the complaint to Joint Registrar of your area, with copies of complaint to Coop Commissioner and Secretary (Coop) stating actual facts of Dy Registrar’s no response; calling and keeping himself/herself absent with dates. Send these by speed post with AD.
