Sir , 

can any one guide I keep one senior citizen in flat , he is 72 yrs old , I am from UP side and that Citizen is Mharashtrian , he work with us and simultaneously  I serve him by giving some pay, food accommodation . , while my son sleep along with him 

Now one committee member approached by setting you are from other community how that person be your relatives , so no non occupancy charge shall be imposed .  Kindly guide by laws
