Transfer of Flat from Father to Son

I humbly request you to kindly provide detailed information regarding the transfer of a flat from Father to Son, including the applicable charges payable to the Society.

I also request you to please share the complete list of documents required by the Society for effecting the said transfer, along with details of the payments to be collected from the concerned family in connection with the transfer from Father to Son.

Dear Sir,

First of all, is the transfer on the demise of the father or a gift deed from the father to the son?

If it is on the demise of the father, then a succession certificate is to be obtained from the court.

If it is a gift deed then an NOC to be obtained from the remaining siblings.  All relevant forms to be filed.

Either way only Rs.100/- membership fee and Rs.500/- transfer fee is to be collected.

Above is to the best of my knowledge.
