Request for Clarification

I would like to seek clarification on whether the following statement is correct/ accurate:

“The Model Bye-laws contain no provision or rule mandating that the names of members who ask questions be recorded in the meeting minutes.”

Further, could you please confirm whether there is any provision in the Bye-laws that restricts the Managing Committee from recording the names of members, along with the questions they raise or the points they discuss, during a Special General Meeting?

If society maintanence are paid :

1) Monthly or

2) Quarterly or

3) Yearly 

Then what are the due dates for 3 different methods of payment in societies, if these societies are stationed in Mumbai. Need clarification from respected Sirs...

Gentlemen,

Since it's advance payment, ordinarily CHSL Permits 50% grace period to pay & is decided in AGM / SGBM when budgets are prepared and presented for approval, then;

Hence monthly billings then by 10th or 15th of the following month.

Qly then say APRIL - JUNE '2026, Billing say by 15th May'2026;

Rarely early but then if all agree then it's normally factored with 5 to 6% discounted rates of the same prevailing as lowest FDR rates to lure members;
