Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I am stopped from getting all agendas, notices and any related to matters regarding meetings or AGMs can i know is it right, because the flat member owner is my deceased mother-in-law and the committee member the treasurer abruptly says that no such documents would be given to me.  Please note all the outgoings of the said flat are done by me.

Please let me know where to file or what to do?.

1) If Nomination Form had been filed by the Mother / owners.

2) If there is any WILL, either Registered or UnRegistered.

3) Any TestaMentary Petition Filed.

Sirji,

My mother-in-law has not done the will nor nomination on any of her siblings so now what should i do as i have been married for 30 years and I am the wife of her elder son Mr. Ashok who is my husband can you guide me as now my society namely, Kaustubha Usha CHS Ltd., Evershine Nagar, Link Road, Malad West is going on re-development and they are not giving me any intimations nor letters nor agendas why can you let me know that since i am paying the outgoings am i not liable to get all the copies of the society?

No will not testamentary petition is filed by my mother-in-law.

Have perused your submissions, per trailing mails.

Let me tell you, since you are in possession of the premises, for more than 6(six), you dont have to worry, be calm; Nobody can divest your rights in PRE & POST ~ ReDevelopment process.

Let me assure you that based on the withholding evidence of the above in possession;

The Temporary Alternate Accommodation Agreements (TAAA) or Rentals & deposit Etc;

They will have to pour the funds in your account only & also take possession with due notice, as given unto others & then execute Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement (PAAA) So as to handover the New flat back to you.

Humble suggestion is contact the closest Advocate therein
(Lobo Family 👌 around the ORLEM CHURCH)

&

File A TESTAMENTARY PETITION, that will be rewarding & so that others cannot exploit / holdback your legitimate entitlements, accruing therefrom.
