To all Respected Member here,
Section 7 of the RTI Act
talks about disposal of the RTI application.
And when applicant ask the information in printed format and ready to pay the
fee for it, PIO directs the applicant to government’s site and get information.
This is the violation of Section 7 of RTI Act, by the PIO.
Can anybody suggest me the judgements of CIC or High Court or Supreme Court, to
counter the reply of PIO ?
