We have a vegetable vendor who was servicing the scty during COVID times. Our scty has 6 wings and 2 main gates. The vegetable vendor  comtinues to drive his truck into our scty and blocks one gate. He also puts all vegetable crates around the truck on the podium level. There is no written permission given to him for this. No BMC or fire permission is also there. 

When questioned some of the residents say that senior citizens need this service. A lot of vendors in the area deliver vegetables to our scty so i do not understand why these senior citizens cannot avail of home delivery services offered by these vendors.

Can a scty permit this encroachment.

What are the approvals required to be submitted to the scty for this if it is permitted

I personally think you should talk to the senior citizen one to one.  not on phone.  explain that this can be a threat to their safety as this man who has not been whetted can bring any outsider who could cause them harm. Take another person with you. Maybe two or three of you could make the rounds. Also offer to help them learn how to order on line

Meanwhile write to the BMC or get in touch with the officer concerned.

This should put a stop to this nuisance
