Need GR for Scrapping 7/12 in urban areas of Maharashtra

Dear All,

Hon. Govt of Maharashtra had scrapped 7/12 as the ownership document where the city survey has been done. Can anyone kindly let me know the corresponding GR/decision date/circular?
