Jack Mason is a British YouTuber who is best known for his videos on the Battlefield and Call of Duty Franchises, and he is mostly known as jackfrags online. He currently resides in Wolverhampton, UK and was born on 28th October 1996 in the same city.

Jack started his YouTube channel in September of 2011, but his first upload was in October. He uploads videos on a daily basis and is best known for his gaming commentary videos on the Battlefield and Call of Duty games. Since then Jack has been consistently uploading videos mostly about Call of Duty and Battlefield titles along with some other games such as Sea of Thieves, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and others from time to time. Its so sad to see it came to this that even Jackfrags getting PMed, emails etc on how bad this game is right now, and all we get from community managers here are "No no no no no no, bad customer!"

You as mods here, bring our concerns to those who needs to hear this, be vocal for our sake, why would you otherwise have your role you have if you dont give a damn?

I love BF5 and thats the frustrating part, that the game have gone down like this without anyone on DICE/EA staff care. And please, dont say that anyone are, becuase its not showing here on the forums nor ingame.
