Asterisk CLI doesn't show anything

I tried to log into Asterisk CLI via ( rasterisk ) but It doesn't show any information and there is no ( sip debugging )

What to do to debug the SIP calls via CLI ?, and is it possible to change the call dial plan via extentions.conf ?

another question: can I install modules in the agi-bin ? or it won't work?

Increase verbosity to above 10

edit /etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf

verbosity 0 to 3
