Unable to access MBilling after install

After finishing installation of MBilling, I get this error after the loading screen

"ERROR 
Not Found
The requested URL /mbilling/index.php/authentication/check was not found on this server."

Any suggestions? I used a Debian 8 minimal install, followed the simple steps and this is where I am.

You can try it with centos 7
