Hi, I found an anomaly in the billing. I create an offer with 10000 free seconds on a pregisso the association to a customer. The customer makes a phone call of x seconds and the cdr is written with zero cost and no important call is deducted, let's say that the customer reaches 9990 seconds for which he still has 10 seconds left on the package and makes a 100 second phone call I would expect that only the 90 seconds due are billed by deducting the last 10 seconds of the package instead the system deducts all 100 seconds.
Why is this happening to me?
