Sip accounts default options

Happy holidays everybody.

I'm testing this great software you have developed and I have some questions:

1. Where can I choose the default options for the sip accounts? For example, i want to choose the default codec for the sip accounts automatically created in the signup form. 

2. Where can i find more documentation about the rates, tariffs, etc? I want to set up a monthly plan where users have unlimited sip calls (between users) and charge the additional international calls with the balance they have. I haven't found the way to do this.

1. I found the solution to my first question. The file is /var/www/html/mbilling/protected/controllers/SignupController.php
