After call is made User balance remains the same

Hi,

The user makes calls normally

But the balance remains the same

I checked the Tariff and the is a cost associated with the destination (prefix)

CDR shows the Buy cost correctly, I mean after the call, the log shows a cost into CDR

User is prepaid. 

Please help!
