Transferencia entre contas SIPS

Bom dia Senhores.

Como eu ativo a transferência entre contas SIPS no MagnusBilling.

A opção AllowsTransfer já esta ativa no ramal, porém eu não sou capaz de transferir a ligação.

Eu tenho o seguinte Log.
