hello, I dare to post a first question:

trying submit a solution state NMR ensemble of structures for a
publication through BMRB
and got lost in the maze of forms.

what is the absolute fastest way to get it done with the minimum
necessary input?
we'll submit a complete record later but now we just want to get it
done.

...maybe there isn't a person to answer this yet, but hopefully he/she
will join us.
Could you invite somebody who might know the answer?

thanks!
Evgeny.

I would deposit the coordinates directly at the pdb site.

Hi Evgeny,

I really can't suggest anything but ... I did have a look at the BMRB site and I was impressed (by what it offers, not by how it does that).  I have recommended it to our macro-molecule people.  Do you happen to know if there is something similar for small molecules?  Part of my research involves designing a database of biologically active small molecules.  I won't mind at all if such a thing exists.  So far the best I've found is Marine Lit which can be searched with the number of carbons as one of the search criteria.

Sincerely,

Andy
