Permission for assigning labels to the PRs

This is regarding the label assignment to Draft PRs/PRs.

I am referring to the link

I cannot see the checkbox as  mentioned in Step-3 "Select the checkbox next to the items you want to apply a label to"

Can you please let me know if their is a permission required for the same.

Hi Yogesh, 

I do see the checkbox against each Issues here https://github.com/magma/magma/issues, which is what the GitHub doc points to. Is the view different for you?

Alternatively, you can open individual Issues and assign the label there.
