At its core, Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition allows you to create custom characters by choosing generator parts provided with purchase. While there are a lot of different parts included with purchase, you can also use your own custom templates and parts. There are also a range of other built in features, such as tileset merging (According to Steam reviews, for RPG Maker XP only), the ability to convert character assets for different RPG Maker engines, and more.
Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition is the ultimate program for creating and editing 2D game assets. It provides a built-in generator for character and tileset creation. While the program was made to be compatible with RPG Maker XP, VX, VX Ace, and MV the elements found in the program should work with other 2D game engines as well. RPG Maker assets are for RPG Maker use only.

We made the characterization of 3D characters that could be introduced to Unreal Engine projects to replace the conventional mannequin by a more corporate image of the training center UT-HUB, specialized in Unreal training in different industries and certified by Epic Games. Several concept arts were made in order to collect various ideas and decide the style that these characters should have before being sent to the 3D modeler and, finally, to animate them.
Through the concept, instructions and references received, the character was modeled adapting it to the proportions of the Unreal Engine Mannequin and in its highest quality. Once we were satisfied with the final result, the retopology was made with a polygonal modeling according to the needs of the center. Finally, it was textured with 3 different shades to be able to vary the model according to the functions or tastes.

The RPG Maker version ships with characters that are a bit larger than regular RPG Maker MV characters, but remain perfectly handled by RPG Maker and blend-in nicely. The walk view frame takes 4864 pixels, and the SV frame takes 9696 pixels. The other views are taking the usual RPG Maker MV size.

Game Character Hub is a program aimed at both video game developers and sprite artists. It is a complete pixel art software package, primarily aimed at creating sprites and other assets for export to RPG Maker. It comes with several handy features that 2D sprite artists will appreciate, such as the ability to easily create character grids for animation purposes and recolours to provide variety without having to manually edit every frame. Several generators make it extremely easy to create assets in Game Character Hub for RPG Maker, though the assets are easily exportable in a variety of standard formats that can easily be used in other game maker software.

Character designer can be an entry level role. Character designers will often have a degree in graphic art, fine art, illustration or a related discipline, but this is not strictly necessary. The vital thing is that you can demonstrate very strong drawing skills. You need a portfolio which shows talent and creativity and a wide knowledge of and love for animation.
Take a short course:
Hone your skills by taking a specialist course. Go to the list of training courses recommended by ScreenSkills and see if there is one in animation. This will help to develop your understanding of the whole animation process to inform your character designing.
Network:
Get to know people in the animation industry by attending events. Meet character designers as well as producers and animators and ask them questions about their work, while demonstrating interest and knowledge in the industry. While many different aspects of human experiences have been studied by the NLP community, none has captured its full richness. We propose a new task to capture this richness based on an unlikely setting: movie characters. We sought to capture theme-level similarities between movie characters that were community-curated into 20,000 themes. By introducing a two-step approach that balances performance and efficiency, we managed to achieve 9-27% improvement over recent paragraph-embedding based methods. Finally, we demonstrate how the thematic information learnt from movie characters can potentially be used to understand themes in the experience of people, as indicated on Reddit posts.
